A 68-year-old man died Friday evening after two vehicles struck him near a busy Port Aransas intersection, according to the Port Aransas Police Department. Authorities identified the victim as Larry Kimacovich.
The fatal incident occurred on Feb. 14 near Howard Boulevard and State Highway 361, a well-traveled corridor connecting Port Aransas to surrounding Coastal Bend communities. Police continue to investigate the crash but say they have found no probable cause to file criminal charges at this time.
